Villas Estival
Villas Estival is a bundle of house sized villas on Playa Prieta in Guanacaste, Costa Rica nearby Playa Potereo and Playa Penca. Villas Estival is the perfect location to experience living on a small private beach with all the amenities of a modern home. Playa Preieta is one of Costa Rica’s undiscovered beaches not tarnished by the hustle and bustle of other beach communities in Guanacaste that have exploded with develpment of hotels and real estate projects.
At Villas Estival you will find tranquility and privacy with modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen in each villa, swimming pool and wireless internet. Villas Estival was established in 1996 as a private community for a group of Costa Rican businessmen as their private sanctuary from San Jose. The tradition of tranquility, privacy and enjoyment remain the empasis for all the guests of Villas Estival.
Villas Estival has direct access to Playa Prieta which is a wonderful beach but nearby there are also many other beaches worth exploring including Playa Penca, Playa Flamingo, Playa Conchal and others. Villas Estival is only a 20 minute drive to Playa Grande which is one of Costa Ricas most famous beaches because of the nesting of giant leatherback sea turtles. During the months of November through February it is well worth the trip to Marino las Baulas national park on Playa Grade.
Some other activities guests might enjoy include kayaking, sport fishing, snorkling, scuba diving, hiking and horseback riding.
Facilities
Guest will have direct beach access from the Villas Playa Prieta property, 24 hours security, daily cleanings of the villa and onsite personel at your disposal.

The 2 level Villas have a full kitchen, living area, masterbed w/ bath, second bedroom with 4 singles, dining area both inside and outsid. On the second level there is an additional sleeping area with 2 single beds and bath.
